Is Safewoo really a no-logs VPN?
Yes. We are a strict no-logs VPN. We do not collect any information about your online activities, including your IP address, browsing history, or connection timestamps. Our service operates in full compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and all applicable Singaporean laws and regulations. How is traffic calculated?
Safewoo calculates your traffic as follows:
- All requests sent from you to the proxy node
- All data sent from the proxy node back to you
- All data forwarded by the proxy node to the target server on your behalf
- All responses received by the proxy node from the target server for you
What time does the traffic reset?
The data usage reset time depends on your current subscription plan. For example, if you subscribe to a monthly data reset starting at 13:34:11 on March 5, 2025, your data usage will be reset to 0 at 13:34:11 on the 5th of each month.
If you subscribe on February 29th, your data usage will be reset on the 28th (or 29th in leap years), whichever is the last day of the month.
