Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the Safewoo VPN service (the “Service”) operated by Safewoo (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

I. Service Description

Safewoo provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that enhances your online security and privacy. Our service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

II. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

III. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in any activity that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
  • Transmitting any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
  • Using the service to send spam or unsolicited emails.

Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your account.

IV. Subscription and Payments

The Service is available under a subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified for your chosen plan. Payments are processed through third-party services like Stripe and Apple’s In-App Purchase system. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

V. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

VI. Disclaimers

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be available at all times.

VII. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Safewoo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

VIII. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Safewoo is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

IX. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
